What data do we collect?
GOAL 3 collects the following data:
- Contact credentials (name, email, company)
- Application submissions (cv, motivation letter)
Currently GOAL 3 does not collect any research data that can be traced back to a person. For future perspectives that might change, then this policy will be updated, and all data processing actions will be executed in compliance with the GDPR.
GOAL 3 has legitimate interest to collect your personal data when you decide to provide us with your personal data. GOAL 3 would like to send you information about our company, products and services of ours that we think you might like through a newsletter. If you have agreed to receive the newsletter, you may always opt out at a later moment. You have the right at any time to stop GOAL 3 from sending you the newsletter. How do we collect your data?
You directly provide GOAL 3 with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

- When you decide to subscribe for our newsletter
- When you submit a job application through our website

GOAL 3 collects your data so that we can:
- Inform you and provide you with updates through the newsletter

How do we share your data?
GOAL 3 engages Hubspot to provide you with our newsletter. They receive email addresses and names to process on our behalf and instructions as a data processor, click here to read their privacy policy.
GOAL 3 securely stores your data at the European Gsuite server with restricted access permissions for employees.
GOAL 3 will keep your job application data for 4 weeks, if you give explicit permission we will keep your data for 2 years in order to get back to you for relevant future job openings. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deletion out of our database. Any other personal data shared with us will be deleted when your request has been fulfilled or no longer than 2 years.
What are your data protection rights?
GOAL 3 would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights.
Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request GOAL 3 for copies of your personal data. Once we start collecting data, we will update this policy with instructions on how you can request a copy of your data.
